POC/PSRC Membership Card Replacement Exercise

General Information

  1. The Membership Card Replacement Exercise (Replacement Exercise) accepts applications from existing members only, and the application must be made by the principal member. New application from principal member will not be processed in this Replacement Exercise.
  2. The schedule for the Replacement Exercise is as follows:

  3. The application process will take about 15 to 20 minutes. Please log in the website www.poc-psrc.com.hk to submit application.
  4. Principal member may apply the renewal of membership card(s) for his/her family members (spouse and/or children) in one go.
  5. Principal member may also apply for new membership card for his/her family members (spouse and/or children) who are non-members, while he/she is required to upload a copy of marriage certificate and/or birth certificates for verification.
  6. Principal member shall upload supporting document(s) for verification in order to update personal particulars, marital status or particulars of family members. Examples:
    • ☆ Married: copy of marriage certificate1
    • ☆ Divorced: copy of divorce documents (the original card for the spouse will be cancelled)
    • ☆ Remarried (for applicants only): copy of new marriage certificate
    • ☆ Children (aged 5-24 and unmarried): copy of birth certificate
  7. Members, who wish to use the clubs’ fitness room, are required to provide proof of joining the ‘Briefing on Proper Ways to Use Fitness Equipment’ (e.g. letter from Leisure and Cultural Services Department, Leisure and Cultural Services Department Fitness Room Monthly Ticket, etc) organized by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department or Hong Kong Police Force (serving and retired police officers and auxiliary police officers are exempted).
  8. Principal member who possesses a valid carpark label is required to provide information about his/her vehicle. Application for a new parking label or renewal of an expired carpark label will not be processed in this Replacement Exercise.
  9. Principal member is not required to provide residential address but email address and mobile phone number are required.
  10. Colour photos and documents shall be uploaded in JPG or PNG format. Photo should have a white or blue background. There is no restriction about the size of the photos but it must be clear and taken within two years.
  11. If the information submitted by the principal member is insufficient or requires clarification (e.g. lack of supporting documents, substandard photos, etc.), the principal member will be notified by email to provide further information to complete the application process.
  12. If the screen is idled for more than 15 minutes during the online application process, the application will be suspended and the principal member concerned needs to log in again.
  13. If the principal member cannot complete the application process, the data will be temporarily stored in the system for three months, after which it will be automatically deleted.
  14. The principal member will receive an automated acknowledgment email with the concerned application number after he/she has submitted the online application.
  15. Principal member will be notified by email to collect his/her new membership card(s) upon approval. If no email notification is received, please contact our staff for assistance.

Notes on Collection of New Membership Card

  1. Principal member must present the email notification and the original membership card, warrant card or staff card for collection of new membership card. No return of old membership card is required.
  2. Principal member who is unable to collect the new membership card(s) in person may fill in an authorization letter by clicking the hyperlink in the email notification. The authorized person must present the authorization letter and a copy of the original membership card or identity card of the principal member concerned to collect the new membership card(s).

Annex 1 : Applicants who registered marriage in the Mainland or overseas may apply for family membership for the spouse, provided that the marriage is registered in accordance with the local law in force in the place concerned and the marriage certificate can be produced.
